SIS Professor Dr. Al Fuertes has just returned from Cape Town, South Africa, after conducting and facilitating a trauma healing and resilience seminar from September 3 to 10, 2026. Women church leaders from different countries attended the seminar, which focused on Memory, Resistance, and Hope among women leaders. The United Evangelical Mission (UEM), based in Germany, organized the event. SIS is grateful that our very own Dr. Fuertes could help facilitate the seminar.
