Higher Education Scholars Publish New Books

Dr. Toby Jenkins, assistant professor of Higher Education, has recently published a book, My Culture, My Color, My Self: Heritage, Reslience, and Community in the Lives of Young Adults with Temple University Press. Dr. Jenkins' research included in-depth interviews that provide intimate perspectives on the roles education, religion, family bonds, and political struggle can play in shaping the lives of people of color.

Dr. Jaime Lester, associate professor of Higher Education, is the editor of Workplace Bullying in Higher Educationa collection of essays that examines bullying among the faculty, staff, and administrators who comprise the higher education work force. Dr. Lester also wrote the book's preface and co-authored a conclusion that offers "Recommendations and Implications for Workplace Bullying in Higher Educaton."

Congratulations to both Dr. Jenkins and Dr. Lester!
