Spooky Stories - Open Mic Storytelling on October 28th

It's that time of year again. As the air gets colder and the earth enters her seasonal slumber, chilling memories and stories begin to reawaken and reemerge.

Just in time for Halloween, join the Folklore Studies Program and the GMU Folklore Roundtable for an evening of open mic storytelling and complimentary refreshments.

All are welcome to simply come and listen, or join in and share frightful tales of the creepy, spooky and downright terrifying - whether imagined or real.

If you know you would like some mic time, we encourage you to RSVP on the event site HERE. If you are on the fence, just show up and feel it out!

We look forward to scaring you, and being scared by you, on Wednesday, October 28th from 7:30-9:30 p.m. in the Gold Room of the Johnson Center.
