A Practical Guide to Qualitative Coding
Speakers include: Tharuna Kalaivanan & Kellie Wilkerson from the Department of Sociology & Anthropology at George Mason University
Join CSSR's Education & Health Research Hub in an introduction to qualitative coding! The workshop will begin with a presentation on an overview of coding in qualitative research with tips and tricks followed by a hands-on demonstration using online coding software. The graduate student presenters will discuss what qualitative coding is, a quick how to, advice on accessing coding software and concluding with an introduction to how to code a transcribed interview.
